This month, head to the gallery to check out A.L. Steiner.’s exhibition. Steiner is an American, LA based multimedia artist that incorporates underlying queer and eco-feminist elements to her work. Her solo work, as well as her collaborative art projects, use constructions of photography, video, collage, installation, and visual performances.
Steiner’s work is featured in many permanent collections such as The Brooklyn Museum of Art, Marieluise Hessel Collection, Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art, The Whitney, and The Museum of Modern Art to name a few. What’s more, A.L. Steiner’s a collective member of Chicks on Speed, co-curator of Ridykeulous, co-founder and Board member of Working Artists and the Greater Economy (W.A.G.E.).
